“Everyone is tired all the time…”
But you’re sick of hearing this. Everyone around you complains about being exhausted, stressed, pressed, drained - you’re done with having this conversation again and again. Can’t there be more to talk about? Do we all HAVE to be tired all the time?
So let’s have a different conversation.
Tiredness is a part of life - what matters is how you lead yourself through it.
What you prioritize.
How you take charge of your life when you’re low.
Because low points happen. Exhaustion happens. Pushing yourself too far, working late hours, pouring all of your energy into something - it’s necessary.
But what do you do when you’re tired?
Most people rest: sit, lay down, sleep. What if that doesn’t help? What if you’ve rested, and the tiredness is still there?
How do you lead yourself through it + towards energy abundance?

That there are different TYPES of energy inside you?
And that they all need a different approach to recharge?
No one teaches us the most effective ways of refilling with energy. Or how to navigate the emotional lows when we’re tired. Or how to source inspiration, motivation, and optimism from within, regardless of how the day is going.
